“A cheeky pop jam.”
Ontario’s Born Ruffians offer up the first single off the band’s forthcoming third album, Birthmarks, due out April 16th on Paperbag Records. “Needle” is a cheeky pop jam, masking as a more somber affair before launching into vocalist Luke Lalonde’s yelping sing-a-long chorus over the buoyant, stabbing guitars. The lead single finds the boys in fine form announcing tour dates in addition to the release of “Needle,” Born Ruffians will be hitting up Canadian cities including Victoria, Calgary, Sudbury, Montreal and more.
